The Bistro-Garage team reinvents its cuisine, and opens the doors to gourmet & inspired street food.
Created by the Chef and Olivier, the Rolls du bistro– Garage is an adaptation of the iconic "sandwich" from the north of the United States.
Besides the essential Lobster Roll, we have imagined creative versions: Kimchi, Banh mi, octopus, veggie.
Our rolls are made in the traditional way, adding potatoes, for even more delicacy and softness.
We master all stages of production and bring our know-how to our achievements with the assurance of "homemade".
